Start/End: Parked in Point Richmond
Notes: Post Europe run and walk. We're in pretty good walking shape but terrible running shape, so only ran about 3 miles to see how things go.
Richmond seems to have decided that every road on the right side of the tracks (south of 580) is Bay Trail, regardless of if it even has a sidewalk or a bike lane. Regardless we faithfully traversed them all. We're now feeling like we're on the home straight as we're on parts of the trail we'd run anyway. Our home trails I guess.
It was a pretty grey day today, and we were feeling a bit down. I guess we'd rather be walking around Stockholm than Richmond. It was fun that people say hello again though. Also, the fisherman outside the Craneway caught a baby sting ray. They were in the process of releasing it when we left so hopefully it will be okay. It's funny though, because the Marina here is the only other place in the bay we've seen a ray (in the water) so I guess they live in these waters.
