Tidelands to Coyote Creek lagoon

Start/End: Parked a start car at Jarvis Landing and the other car in the small lot at the south end of Coyote Creek Lagoon

Off work sick the day before and this run went horribly. Super high heart rate. In summary probably should have passed. Long hot slog down surface streets. Mostly walked the last half.

Would not do again.
