Carquinez Straits regional park

Start/End: Start/Finish car at Carquinez Shoreline Regional Park (Bull Valley Staging Area).

Notes: Felt like a trip back to trail running roots, though we hiked rather than ran. Legs were heavy after 70+ miles in less than 2 weeks, mostly on pavement.

Lovely evening walk. Bay trail's actual route at the Port Costa end of the trip is a bit unknown. We took a trail into the town and then back out which was nice, but maybe the actual Bay Trail is lost to a long forgotten trail reroute? Not sure. So we're going to say our route is the official one.

Saw what I think was a sea lion from the Eckley Pier, which was kind of cool. It had a branded number on it.
